Do modern prophets predict deaths?

I have just received an email from somebody who forwarded some prophecies concerning the upcoming general elections. In those prophecies, he predicts the death of a prominent politician in Kenya. He also adss a question; Is this Godly—to predict somebody’s death? Does this guy read the Bible? Did prophets predict the death of prominent personalities?
