The Best News Of The Year So Far Comes With A Lesson In Bible Truths

I have just received the most wonderful news. My pastor and also my favorite man of God has just been ordained an apostle of the Chrisco Ministry which he has served for well over 20 years now. This is the highest level in the whole work and apart from the founder nobody until now has been elevated to such a position.

Naturally I am trilled and happy for him. But in the whole developmen, there is a lesson to be learnt. A message from the Lord that He wants me to grasp.

I think it is best illustrated by this scripture in the book of Proverbs;

11 A man's wisdom gives him patience;
it is to his glory to overlook an offense.

Proverbs 19:11

This other scripture is also appropriate:

Colossians 3:12

Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

Here is a man of God that is not interested in any position or any glory or any wealth that is not directly from God.

Thank you Jesus for his life. Continue to use him for your Glory.
